Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
2025 REC Baseball Team Reg
Please be aware that every effort will be made to play all scheduled games, but in the event of unforeseen disaster or continuous inclement weather making rescheduling games impossible NO REFUNDS will be issued.
Tanner Boynton Memorial
If an event is canceled due to weather or any unforeseen circumstance, teams will be eligible for the following refunds or credit: 0 games played = 100% refund minus $50 admin fee. 1 game played = 50% refund minus $50 admin fee. 2 games played = No refund or credit.

April 5-6 Preseason Tournament
If an event is canceled due to weather or any unforeseen circumstance, teams will be eligible for the following refunds or credit: 0 games played = 100% refund minus $50 admin fee. 1 game played = 50% refund minus $50 admin fee. 2 games played = No refund or credit.
Cornhole Tournament
If we get rained out, we will refund all fees.

Individual Registration
NO REFUNDS will be issued unless we cannot find a team for your child.
