Concession Stand

Requirements:

Each parent is asked to help our organization by working the concession stand. You must arrive ON or BEFORE your assigned schedule time. The Concession Leads have been given specific instructions that each shift of parents must complete. Some of these various duties may include stocking, cleaning restrooms, sweeping & mopping floors, etc. These duties are a required part of working concession duty. We ask that you be considerate & cooperate with the leads. ANYONE WHO DELIBERATELY DISREGARDS THE CONCESSION LEADS REQUESTS WILL FORFEIT THEIR DEPOSIT IN FULL. THEY WILL BE DISMISSED FROM THEIR CONCESSION DUTY & THEIR CHECK WILL BE CASHED.

***NO ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION** is allowed while working concession duty. It will be the responsibility of the team MANAGER to inform their parents of this rule. Those who disregard this rule will also forfeit their deposit. Please do not bring valuables; AAA will not be responsible for lost or stolen items. No one under the age of 16 is allowed to work in the concession stand. No one but the worker is allowed in the stand during your shift, including family. No free food or beverages are to be given out to your family, friends, or team mates.

Rainouts:

In the event of inclement weather, please call the rainout number to see if games have been cancelled. If cancelled, your concession duty will be rescheduled. If you are scheduled on a weekend, call the hotline number and follow the directions.

*IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CONTACT THE RAIN OUT NUMBER IF THERE IS A CHANCE OF GAMES BEING RAINED OUT, 636-296-7474.

IN THE EVENT THAT YOUR SCHEDULED CONCESSION DUTY ENDS UP NOT HAVING GAMES FOR ANY REASON ON YOUR SCHEDULED TIME SLOT, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO RESCHEDULE YOUR CONCESSION DUTY BY CONTACTING THE SCHEDULER AT AAASCHEDULER@ARNOLDATHLETIC.COM.

Cancellation:

In the event, you cannot make your scheduled concession duty, it is YOUR responsibility to contact the Concession Scheduler. Individuals must provide 7 days notice with any changes. Teams must provide 14 days’ notice. If you do not contact the Concession Scheduler as outlined above or do not show up on your scheduled day/time, your check will be cashed that day. NO EXCEPTIONS!
