Tanner Boynton Memorial
If an event is canceled due to weather or any unforeseen circumstance, teams will be eligible for the following refunds or credit: 0 games played = 100% refund minus $50 admin fee. 1 game played = 50% refund minus $50 admin fee. 2 games played = No refund or credit. Refund Policy due to team cancellation Notice of withdrawal from this tournament must be received in writing at least 3 weeks prior to the start of the tournament to be eligible for a refund or credit (minus $50 administrative fee). If you withdraw from a tournament within 3 weeks of the start of the tournament, you will forfeit the entire entry fee. All refunds will incur a $50 administrative fee.
